The Regional and International Education Partnerships for Workplace Innovation in SMEs (WIN4SMEs) project aims to significantly boost workplace innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by nurturing a skilled workforce, fostering collaborative environments and promoting knowledge transfer. 20 partners from 9 countries representing Vocational Schools, Higher Education Institutions and Business Support Organisations are working together to create centres in the form of regional and international cooperative networks – centres for innovation, education, professional development and entrepreneurship.
